The MA program in mathematics is designed to increase mathematical knowledge beyond the traditional level of a bachelor's degree in order to prepare students for careers requiring sophisticated mathematical skills. Students may choose to specialize in applied mathematics, core mathematics, mathematics education or statistics through their course selections.
